Connaught Place, Hyde Park Estate
High End Residential
Skyscape Group was selected as the M&E contractor for the refurbishment of three luxury apartments, with interiors meticulously crafted by renowned Italian architects Arredaesse. We collaborated closely with their team to ensure our work aligned with their vision and high standards.

For this project, we managed the complete M&E design and installation, which included fire alarm systems, security systems, lighting and power circuits, distribution board upgrades, as well as the installation of sinks, showers, baths, and heating systems.

Royal Albert Dock, London
Commercial
Skyscape Group was selected as the MEP design and installation company for the prestigious Royal Albert Dock project and is currently the only fit-out M&E contractor with permission to operate at this landmark location in London.
​
In October 2019, we completed the marketing suite to an exceptional standard. This project included comprehensive M&E design, the installation of a DALI-controlled lighting system, various power circuits, fire alarm system, HVAC systems, and precise relocation of air conditioning units, all executed to the highest quality.

90 Fenchurch Street, London

Our project at 90 Fenchurch Street involved a complete office refurbishment, led by a main contractor. Skyscape collaborated closely with the main contractor’s architect and management team to deliver the high-quality results our clients expect, all within a challenging timeline.

For this project, Skyscape handled the removal of the outdated lighting system, installing a new DALI-controlled lighting system and designing and installing emergency lighting in full compliance with BS7671 standards. We also enhanced the existing power infrastructure by adding various circuits and strategically relocated multiple air-conditioning units.
La Nonna, Brixton
Hospitality
Skyscape Group provided the full electrical design and installation, including lighting, power, testing, and commissioning, for La Nonna in Brixton, bringing an industrial aesthetic to life with exposed conduit cable runs that enhance the restaurant's chic ambiance.

Back Lane, Hampstead
High End Residential
Skyscape Group delivered the full MEP design and installation for a stunning, ultra-high-end residence on Back Lane in Hampstead. This project was a showcase of luxury and innovation, featuring smart lighting, automated blinds, and underfloor heating throughout, all powered by an energy-efficient solar panel system on the roof.

One standout feature was the exquisite chandelier, cascading down a dramatic five-story spiral staircase, creating a breathtaking centrepiece. The residence was fitted with a top-of-the-line HVAC system, a comprehensive fire alarm, and a customised power network to bring both beauty and functionality to every room. Working alongside a main contractor with an eye for the finest details made this project especially rewarding, and we were thrilled with the immaculate finish that elevated the entire space.

The Chimes, Hertfordshire

Skyscape Group delivered exceptional MEP design and consultancy services for The Chimes in Broxbourne, working closely with UK Property Development to bring this project to life. Our role included managing utility installations, performing detailed load calculations, and providing SAP assessments. We crafted a precise MEP layout and design, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration across the property. Acting as consultants, we collaborated at every stage to uphold the project’s vision with expertise and innovation.

Brindley Place, Birmingham

Skyscape Group was proud to provide the full MEP design for an office fit out at Brindley Place, Birmingham, as part of a national roll-out programme for our client. Working closely with the main contractor on this Cat B renovation, we upgraded lighting, enhanced the fire alarm system, made power alterations, and completed both HVAC relocations and new installations, followed by thorough testing and commissioning.

Skyscape Group delivered comprehensive MEP design services for the office fit-out at 12 King Street, Leeds, as part of our client’s national roll-out programme. In collaboration with the main contractor on this Cat B renovation, we completed lighting upgrades, fire alarm enhancements, power adjustments, and both HVAC relocations and new installations, with full testing and commissioning.
