Connaught Place, Hyde Park Estate
Skyscape Group were the chosen M&E contractor for the refurbishment of three luxury apartments. The interiors were beautifully designed by Italian architects Arredaesse, who we worked closely alongside throughout the project to ensure we met their standards and needs.
For this project we carried out the full M&E design and the installation of; fire alarm systems, security systems, lighting circuits, power circuits, distribution board upgrades, sinks, showers, baths and heating systems.
Royal Albert Dock, London
Skyscape Group are the only fit out M&E contractor currently with permission to operate out of the Royal Albert Dock, London.
We completed the marketing suite to a very high standard back in October 2019.
The marketing suite project consisted of full M&E design, the installation of a Dali controlled lighting system, various power circuits and relocation of air conditioning units.
90 Fenchurch Street, London
Our project at 90 Fenchurch Street was a full office refurbishment designed and managed by a main contractor.
We worked closely with the main contractor's architect and management team to help achieve the quality of work our clients deserve.
This project was carried out to very tight deadlines, which Skyscape managed to meet.
For this project Skyscape stripped out the old lighting system and installed a brand new Dali controlled lighting system. We designed and installed emergency lighting to meet the requirements of BS7671. We added various power circuits to the existing system. We also relocated various air-conditioning units.
